Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Hardware knowledge of Desktop / Laptop / Printers
  • Strong Knowledge of Windows desktop OS installation/troubleshooting/ Upgrades ( Win 10 / Win 11 / MAC OS is optional )
  • Installation & troubleshooting of desktop applications. ( MS office / VPN clients / Outlook email clients )
  • Basic networking & Troubleshooting of LAN Network, Wi-Fi-related issues.
  • Good knowledge of Antivirus clients & troubleshooting.
  • Remote support & guiding the users in resolving the system-related, network-related issues.
  • Coordinating with OEM / Vendor for repair / warranty-related issues.
  • Basic knowledge on MS office ( word / excel )
  • IT Asset Management
