Job Summary:
The PMO will play a crucial role in coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This position will involve overseeing all aspects of project management, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring project progress, and preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, manage project scope, resources, and stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables, timelines, milestones, and high-priority issues are addressed.
- Scope & Resource Management: Define project scope and objectives, involve relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility. Allocate and manage resources efficiently.
- Monitoring & Controlling: Track and monitor project progress, manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Risk Management: Conduct IT risk assessments, identify project risks and issues, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Reporting: Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and handle relevant management information.
- Coordination: Facilitate coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Manage meeting agendas, call-outs, meeting minutes, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Knowledge Transfer: Prepare Knowledge Transfer (KT) plans and schedules between technical teams and clients during migration, and secure final sign-off upon project closure.
- Administrative Support: Support general administrative functions, including conferencing and catering arrangements for meetings, and ensure smooth office procedures.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
