Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to lead our device sales team in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT hardware, such as laptops, desktops, and related devices. The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and leading the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, and distributors.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration across regions in India.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, specifically in IT hardware (laptops, desktops).
- Strong knowledge of the Indian IT hardware market, distribution channels, and customer segments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
