RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the sales team (Enterprise) of Bangalore to deliver profitable growth.
- Manage key customer relationships at the level of CXO’s.
- Manage & nurture the partner ecosystem for the region of Bangalore.
- Define & implement region specific sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other operations to ensure smooth order processing and strategize towards maintaining good payment collection cycles with customers.
- Focus on achieving individual and group targets and meeting organization's objective for the region of Bangalore.
- Should carry good knowledge of products and services as per company portfolio.
- Strong presentation, communication, and people management skills.
