Technical Skills – Windows Server Engineer :
Assist in creating and managing Active Directory users, groups, and organizational units (OUs).
Perform troubleshooting and support for Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Monitor Windows Server performance, ensuring availability and system integrity.
Assist with the installation and configuration of Windows Server roles, including File Server, DNS, and DHCP.
Help with managing permissions and shared folder access for users and groups.
Assist with patch management tasks, including updating systems via WSUS or SCCM. Patch Manager
Conduct basic backup operations using Windows Server Backup and assist with restore processes.
Perform basic DNS and DHCP troubleshooting, including IP address conflicts and DNS resolution issues.
Assist in the automation of routine administrative tasks via PowerShell scripts.
Support user account creation, password resets, and basic access permissions in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Perform basic troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange Online, including mailbox access and user permissions.
Assist in configuring Microsoft Teams settings and user access.
Support OneDrive users with access, sync, and configuration issues.
Help configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and basic security policies for users.
Provide basic support for SharePoint Online and troubleshoot common site access issues.
Monitor and resolve basic email security issues, including spam filtering and quarantine management.
Assist in monitoring system logs, alerting, and escalating incidents to L2 engineers.
Assist in configuring and maintaining basic email flow, transport rules, and message tracking in Exchange Online.
