Delivery Manager - ServiceNow

The ServiceNow Delivery Manager will oversee the successful implementation, delivery, and support of ServiceNow solutions across various business functions. He will act as a bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and business units, ensuring that ServiceNow projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with developers, administrators, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards for ServiceNow platform development and deployment.
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance, KPIs, and post-implementation outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all ServiceNow-related communications and escalations.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) when applicable.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery and project management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and platform management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS (preferred).
  • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
